For NCR Metro Manila:

For Outside Metro Manila :

Local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees will be handled by customer upon delivery

We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that customer will handle all shipping cost. Once approved, we would request for you to ship the original item back first so we can process your exchange item.

2. Tag should be intact and has not been removed.
3. All freebies (stickers, etc.) included in the box/pouch should also be returned.
4. Item should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.
